Kayla Christensen

Kayla Christensen

Administration & Operations Manager | Kid's Ministry Director

If you've spent any time around The Cowboy Church, chances are we've crossed paths! Whether I'm helping things run behind the scenes, planning the next ministry event, organizing details around the church, or hanging out with the kids on a Sunday morning, I love being part of what God is doing here.

I've been involved in Kids Ministry for more than 35 years, and I still get excited every time I have the opportunity to share Jesus with children. Watching kids discover God's love never gets old! Vacation Bible School is one of my favorite times of the year.

Today I have the privilege of serving full-time as the Administration & Operations Manager and Kid's Ministry Director, and I truly love using the gifts He's given me to serve our church family. Outside of church, my greatest joy is spending time with my husband of 44 years, our three children and their spouses, and our eight incredible grandchildren.

Above all, my life is centered on Jesus Christ. His love, grace, and faithfulness have carried me through every season of life. Serving Him—and serving others—is one of the greatest blessings I could ever ask for.

In his down time he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and hunting. Jeremiah and his wife Ruth Ann have 3 adult children, 2 grade school children, and one grandson with another on the way.
